Central de Carnes Madrid Norte is the company of Norteños Group specialized in meat cuts (beef, pork, lamb) for the HORECA channel. Grupo Norteños is made up of more than 15 comanies: beef fattering plants, 3 slaughterhouses, cutting plants separated by sales channel: HORECA channel, Mass Distribution, butchers. We also produce minced meat and burgers. Our slaughterhouse in Madrid is Halal certified.
This unit secializes in dry aged matured meats and we are open to all types of cuts from bone-in ieces to calibrated portions.
